  • Provide regular updates and develop and deliver training to staff across the institution in matters pertaining to academic quality and standards.

To be successful in the role of Quality and Regulations Manager you will:

  • Have significant experience in managing quality assurance and enhancement in higher education, particularly data-driven approaches to quality.
  • Have the ability to manage complex workloads and motivate a team, working with staff at all levels to ensure centrally agreed policy is implemented and adopted fairly and consistently across all faculties and schools.
  • Have excellent oral and written skills with the ability to produce clear policies, procedures, reports and presentations, and convey complex information with confidence.
  • Be proactive in identifying areas for development and enhancement.
  • Be comfortable working with and advising staff at all levels across the institution, and externally.

With the arrival of our new Vice Chancellor Professor Sally Wheeler, earlier this year, this is an exciting time to join Birkbeck as we look to the future and work to implement our vision for high quality flexible education for our diverse student body.

If you are passionate about maintaining and enhancing academic standards and quality, we want to hear from you. Join us at Birkbeck, University of London, and make a significant impact on our institution and its students.
