The Payroll and Pensions Manager is an integral member of the College’s central Finance department responsible for providing a customer-focussed service to staff in Schools and Professional Services. With the support of two experienced Payroll Assistants you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Payroll function which processes payments to 2000 employees each month. As the manager of a busy service you will be expected to ensure that the work of the team is well balanced to meet all set deadlines whilst consistently providing the highest level of customer experience.

We’re looking for a CIPP qualified, experienced payroll and pensions manager with strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders to continually improve the operational efficiency of the section. In line with the Finance Department’s vision you will ensure that the team is proactive as well as reactive and consistently exceeds stakeholders’ expectations.


Grade 8 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £44,515 rising to £53,854 per annum.

The salary quoted  is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the Greater London area.
