Birkbeck Business School is looking to recruit a Lecturer in Business Analytics and AI to contribute to our exciting and growing portfolio of programmes clustered around Business Analytics and AI for Business.
Located in our Business, Strategy and Analytics Subject Group, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence our offerings at undergraduate and postgraduate level and will be joining a team of scholars committed to transformational education. As well as developing and teaching on our BSc and MSc programmes in Business Analytics, you will also develop a module for our new MSc in Applied AI which will launch in Autumn 2025 (Applied AI — Birkbeck, University of London)
As well as looking for an exceptional lecturer we are also looking for someone with academic leadership potential who can be the Programme Director for the MSc in Applied AI. Contract
This role is offered on an open-ended basis. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week which includes delivering lectures in the evening.
Interviews will be held in week commencing 13 January 2025.
Salary and benefits
The salary, £43,265 rising to £59,454 per annum, Grade LLEC, quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
