The role of Finance Administrator is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our faculty. In this role you will:
- Process and maintain financial records, including purchase orders and invoices
- Provide administrative support for research funding proposals
- Liaise with payroll, HR, and finance staff to resolve payment queries
- Train and supervise new staff in relevant procedures and systems
- Support business process improvements and service enhancements.
As a Finance Administrator, you should have:
- Good knowledge of administrative systems and office work
- Understanding of higher education procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary and benefits:
£30,292 rising to £33,862 per annum, Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance that applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area. (In March 2025 this rises to £30,803 to £34,346 per annum.)

Contract:
