We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Tutor to teach across the seven foundational law subjects, with a particular focus on the following module:
- Criminal Law
You will have the relevant specialist legal knowledge to teach on the above law module(s). You will be qualified with an LLM (or related postgraduate degree) with either an LLB (or similar qualification that covers the 7 foundations of legal knowledge,) or, equivalent professional experience.
We are looking for an Associate Tutor available at the following times:
Wednesdays, 1530-1700, Spring and Summer terms, teaching in-person.
Thursdays, 1400-1530 and 1530-1700, Summer term only, teaching in-person.
The module is taught over the Spring and Summer terms. Teaching for the Spring term starts w/c 11 January 2027, and for the Summer term w/c 26 April 2027.

Remuneration:
Payment is based on an hourly rate depending on length of continuous service with the College (starting rate £61.39 per hour inclusive of pro-rata London Allowance and holiday pay) for contact hours worked. This hourly rate is based on the starting point of Grade 6 and is inclusive of a ‘Duties Related to Teaching Multiplier’ at 2.5, which covers preparation, teaching, administration, assessment marking and other examining duties in connection with the course.
